Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to report an issue.

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at service@culpam.de and include:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the issue  

We will review your request within a few days. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Please note:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed  
- We do not accept returns for wrong size selection or buyer’s remorse  
- Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted  

Order cancellations are only possible before production has started.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.
