SHIPPING POLICY — UNITED STATES

DELIVERY AREA
Culpam LLC currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only. Supported delivery addresses and shipping methods are displayed at checkout.
STANDARD SHIPPING RATES
For merchandise covered by the same shipping profile:
• Merchandise subtotal below $100.00 USD: $6.99 USD standard shipping.
• Merchandise subtotal of $100.00 USD or more: free standard shipping.
The threshold is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes and shipping.
Items covered by different shipping profiles may generate separate shipping charges. The final shipping total is displayed at checkout before payment. Orders may arrive in separate packages.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPMENT
Some products are made to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Any shipment or delivery estimate provided before purchase applies to that order. We do not promise a fixed delivery period for every product.
If no shipment period is stated before purchase, we will ship within the applicable 30-day period or follow the delay, cancellation and refund procedures required by law.
Production and dispatch locations may vary by product and fulfillment partner. Delivery to a United States address does not mean that every product is manufactured or dispatched in the United States.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, or within the applicable 30-day period when none was stated, we will notify you and provide a revised shipment date or explain that the date is unknown.
We will offer you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped merchandise for a full, prompt refund.
If we do not obtain the consent required by applicable law, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped merchandise. These rights remain available even if production has begun.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY ISSUES
We will send tracking information using the contact details supplied with your order when tracking becomes available.
For lost, damaged, undelivered or significantly delayed packages, contact service@culpam.de. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address you supplied, we will explain the available options and any additional shipping cost before arranging redelivery.
Any additional charge payable to us must be disclosed before purchase.
